Chuck Fulmer,
RPh, FIACP
is the owner and CEO of Partners In Care, Inc. He is a third generation pharmacist. A Fulmer has practiced pharmacy in Georgia since 1903. Chuck graduated from Mercer University Southern College of Pharmacy in 1960. He is a member of American Pharmacy Association and The Georgia Pharmacy Association and he is the Past-president of The Lanier Pharmacy Association. Chuck is one of the Fellows in the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists. He was the first pharmacist to meet the high standards for this fellowship in Georgia. Chuck completed the C4 HRT Specialist training program through Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA) in June 2016. He also completed the Compounding for Contemporary Clinical Dermatology education program in June 2016. Chuck has made numerous talks and presentations at both regional and national seminars on compounding.
Chris Thomas, RPh
is a full time pharmacist at Partners In Care, Inc. Chris graduated from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy in 1983. He completed his course on Advanced Compounding Techniques at Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA) in September 2016. He plans to complete his C4 HRT Specialist Training at PCCA in February 2018. Chris has been integral cog to Partners In Care since 2015. Chris spends his time at Christmas playing Santa for the children in orphanages in Honduras and around the North Ga communities.
